Project Description

SPACE partnered early on with MDR to provide design and engineering services.  Utilizing enhanced R-42 roof insulation and cool roof panels minimized the loads to the HVAC/R system thus reducing operational costs.  Vertical lift overhead doors were chosen to maximize interior clearance for equipment maintenance.
